Culver Annex at 11924 W Washington Boulevard (Rear Entrance on Louise) - is ideal for up to 60 guests. We specialize in low-cost weekday events.
Culver Annex specializes in small, under 60 guests, showers, birthday parties, luncheons, dinners, seminars, training sessions, meetings, life celebrations and wakes. We can also offer theatre style seating if you are planning a performance or lecture. Enjoy the flexibility of romantic, intimate lighting for parties and bright lighting for meetings.
Organizations can book a string of events and meetings at special rates and give your membership a yearly schedule. Call 310-721-3512, ask for Jeanette to arrange a visit.
Chairs, tables, a moveable bar, a kitchen sink, commercial refrigerator, speaker for your Ipod, and a 9x12 pull down screen for a computer presentation are included in our rates. You can save money by doing your own setup, breakdown, and cleanup or engage our cleanup crew for a modest up charge.
You have the flexibility of using your favorite vendors for food, flowers, photography, and cake, or you can choose from our list of tried and true vendors. Our caterers, Raul and Veronica, are reasonable, reliable and make delicious food. If you have a favorite caterer, you are welcome to bring him or her along for a site visit. Culver Annex is located at the rear of 11924 West Washington Blvd., two buildings down from Culver Events. Entry is off Louise Avenue.
Other charges:
1) Ivory table clothes and champaigne colored overlays are $5 each. Ivory chair covers are $2.50 each. Brown sashes for $1 each. These must be ordered and paid for three weeks in advance of your event. 2) Alcoholic beverages are optional but must be served by our bartender. The rate for one bartender is $25 per hour with a two-hour minimum. 3) Parking lot use is optional but must be managed by our parking attendant. The rate is $25 per hour for one attendant with a four-hour minimum. 4) Setup and cleanup by our cleaning crew is optional. The rate is $25 per hour for one attendant with a four-hour minimum.
Rental Rates: 6 hour segments: 10 am to 4 pm or 5 pm - 11 pm.
