I am so please with all the photos. We would highly recommend him to anyone for ANY event. Also Eddie Deering did a wonderful job with our music and DJ. He also kept us all on track with the time line for the entire evening. I would highly recommend him as well for any event.

Diana & Chuck's Wedding 8.25.12

Dear Jeanette, We just wanted to let you know, now that we returned from our honeymoon and everything is getting back to normal again, how our wedding went. We absolutely loved it! You had the Events Center opened at the new time we requested, Shannon popped in to see if everything was ok and the tables and linens were set up beautifully! Our officiant, Phil Abrams, was such a joy to have marry us. He made our ceremony very very memorable. I didn't think I was going to cry, but his words brought tears. The whole day was incredible but what made the day just over the top perfect was the photographer, Adolfo! We adore him! He is an amazing photographer who made us feel at ease and like he was part of our family. We love his personality and found it super easy to work with him. We just got the photos back, which didn't take long, and we couldn't be more happier!!! He took the most magnificent shots, posed and candid, and we were blow away with his work. He even got my younger brother to smile, which is very difficult to do! Adolfo is an excellent guy to have on your vendors list! We couldn't have chosen anyone better! Thank you!!!

Hi Shannon! We were SO HAPPY with how everything turned out! Culver Events could not have been any more perfect for our wedding reception!!! You, Eddie, Steve, and the entire crew were so helpful, and all of our guests had a marvelous time. A THOUSAND thank yous for all that you did for us.

As for the skewers, they came from Dip's Grill (a Vietnamese-fusion restaurant based in Alhambra). Clint's good friend, Charles Diep, and his family just opened the restaurant a few months ago, and all of their food is crazy delicious. Charles' number is 626-523-1662. Don't be put off by the far location... they'll definitely deliver!

My husband and I got married here 3 weeks ago. Great place, amazing staff- really helpful and attentive. Let you bring in all your own vendors- including ALCOHOL!!!! Really allowed us to keep our costs down and still have a fantastic wedding. We received lots of compliments from guests about this location- right on a major street yet you would never know it was there. Check em out- they're fantastic!!

Dear Jeanette -- Thank you again for your part in making our Culver City PTA Event work out so well -- the facility was excellent for our multiple needs - bar, food service, "theatre" and changing room. Shannon, Eddie & Sheryl,I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere thanks for each of your roles in making our daughter’s wedding day absolutely perfect. We were able to take her initial vision and do everything she dreamed and more because of the flexibilities allowed by the Culver Events Center.The size and layout of the venue allows for an intimate event but at the same time there is plenty of room for guests to move around inside and out to socialize. For our event it was especially nice that we could utilize the entire venue to keep things running smoothly and not keep our guests all waiting in confined spaces until all of the wedding formalities were taken care of.Our guests had a wonderful time and all commented on how unique it was; like a private mini estate! Although it was a challenge for some to actually locate the venue, once they were there they said “Wow, I never would have imagined this from the outside.” It is like walking into someone’s beautiful backyard and then entering through the French doors to the welcoming bar, buffet room and of course then experience the cozy yet roomy feel of the banquet room with the wood beams and the fireplace. It was PERFECT! Thank you Shannon for all your professional guidance, assistance with the room layouts, etc. and your tolerance of my many emails!

Thank you Eddie for your expertise with the audio/video equipment and keeping it running smoothly. A special thank you too for coming to our rehearsal so that we could run through with the music to get the timing of things right.

And thank you Sheryl for doing such a great job running the bar for us, assisting with all the clean up and making sure that we didn’t forget to take everything home with us. Oh and also for toting the warm water to the van so that we could get the glass paint off the windshield to drive home!So... although I could go on and on about how wonderful our day at Culver Events Center turned out I will stop and just say “THANK YOU” again to everyone for everything that you all did to help us make Dayna & Johny’s wedding day memorable and ultimately perfect!! Just sent a card, thought I could fit it all in, but really need to say thank you for your support for Ian's Bar Mitzvah over the last many months.

The Chapel room was filled to the brim, the ceremony went smooth and was so lovely, Ian was amazing - the guests were thrilled, many had not been to a Bar Mitzvah and many had. Our Rabbi is quite progressive and told stories that engaged the guests and made them feel Part of the ceremony, afterwards he invited the guests to see the Torah - the cantorial soloist sang beautifully, the wind blew the curtains gently in and out of the room, the natural lighting was great - it was wonderful!

The flowers were amazing and quite affordable, colors were lovely and the display playful! The tables looked awesome with royal and lime green and M & Ms on each napkin. The photographer was fun, too.

The Dj was great; kids danced and then hung out on the couches. At first the kids sat and ate at the tables, we quickly told them they could eat up in the cabaret area. They were more than willing.

The patio area was a great place to hang out.

The Culver Events staff were wonderful, helpful, attentive and professional.

Bruce and I send you a big thank you from our hearts - it was quite an event to put together and stay within a working budget. I did tell the caterer they were making too much food, but I guess better to have more than run out - we had plenty left over.

Since the celebration I have had probably 4 friends interested in your facility.

I wanted to express my gratitude and thanks for taking great care of one of the most important days of our lives. We LOVED every moment of our special day. Were told by our guests that it was the most FUN wedding they had ever attended. Now I know everyone says that to the bride and groom, but honestly it was the best wedding! That is due in no small part to the hidden charm and personal service offered by your venue.

As a young couple on a budget, trying to plan a wedding in Los Angeles, we appreciated choosing our own vendors to help create the wedding of our dreams. The wedding industry tends to exploit love-birds, be we never felt that kind of pressure here.

For us it was all about finding an intimate setting where we could profess our love in front of our closest friends and family. We also wanted to throw them a great party. With your help, we did just that! Thank you!

The Social Committee met today for the first time since the party. First and most importantly, we heard so many positive comments about the holiday party! People loved the space, found it convenient, had a ball, etc etc etc.

It was a wonderful success, and I will certainly recommend your space in the future! The best part was how much you could take care of -- votives and tea lights, table linens, Eddie, sound system, etc. Since I know you were trying out something new with our "cabaret" set up in the dancing area, you should know that it was great! The combination of tables on the mezzanine, ottomans, high tables for drinks, and a few low tables with seats on the floor was perfect and really kept a lot of people dancing through the night. Thanks for making things easy.
